This program is based on the various work we have done in the Hollywood Industry with various actors and productions especially in the realm of stunt work.
The program which focuses on general conditioning requires a commitment of five days per week.
There will be 3 months in all. This is the third month.
You will notice some workouts and formats you have seen before. This month is about one thing: effort.
You may do extra and infact you may need to in order to achieve the desired result. If you add extra then do so by adding extra cardiovascular work. When combined with the other work 60 minute cardiovascular sessions can work wonders.
