BEGINNER

This is the beginning of understanding. The two-day seminar introduces the Gym Jones training philosophy, theory and basic training methods.

CURRICULUM:

The two-day seminar curriculum provides a basic understanding of our training philosophy and methods. If you are serious about athletic development the water is deep. This is an introductory course so we call it the shallow end of the pool. This two-day seminar is a prerequisite to continuing education and training. Class size is limited to 15 individuals.

DURATION:

This two-day seminar is scheduled for 8 hours each day, with time split between the classroom and the gym. However, previous seminars lasted roughly 10 hours each day. Be prepared. Every participant has left the seminar wanting more, and having had enough.

SCHEDULE

Most of our seminars are held at our gym in Salt Lake City, Utah. We do teach seminars off-site though. Make sure you double check the location before finalizing purchase. For a complete listing of locations see below.
