Warm up: 5’ ski/bike/row

3 rounds: 

5x KB swings

5x KB goblet sq

10x DB shoulder press 

10x band pull apart

10x push ups

Rack pulls 5 x 3 @ 85% 1RM

#

Bench press sets of 10, then sets of 5, 3, 1

You do a set of ten, add weight each set. 

If you can’t manage a set of 10, you do sets of 5, but you add weight each set, same for 5, 3 and 1. 

Min rest: 10x barbell rows

#

Cool down: 5’ ski/bike/row

hydrate, foam roll, stretch
