Backsquat, work to heavy sets of 5

in rest: 3/3 KB snatches @ 24kg

Barbell shoulder press

Barbell rows

(Find appropriate weight,

you can not let go of barbell for duration of ladder)

40mtr farmers walk @ 2 x 24kg

Cool down: 5’ Ski/bike/row
