HIT FIT BOOTCAMP 

Three rounds Fast: Grab partner. One person complete snatches while the other does plank holds for time it takes partner to do snatches. Complete three rounds each
KB/Db Snatch (10 -5/side)
Plank press up
Then: Run 350(after above is done)
——Complete 3 rounds all back to back to back: 30s/each
- modified Push ups/reg push ups (strict) otherwise drop them to knees and be strict about this
- TRX rows (modify to each individual ability)/weighted or negative rows (advanced)
-Mountain climbers
- KB swing (modify to each ability either sumo DL with KB BEGINNER, regular swing for intermediate, or alternating one arm swing for advanced)
- Step up/Lunge/Multi-planar Lunge

Run - 350 meter Sprint

THEN::  

HURRICANE CIRCUIT  (60 sec each exercise in Circuit fashion)

- One leg cone touches (bw)

- MB Rotating slams

- burpees

- battle ropes

- sled pull

- sledge hammer

- stone or sandball carry
