3x10 Good Morning @ 35/45# +
3x5 Goblet Squat @ 53#
Then
5x DB Snatch (Per Hand) @ 35# (Ladies), 50# (Guys) +
5x Man-Maker @ 2x30# (Ladies), 2x40# (Guys) +
5x Goblet Squat @ 53# (Ladies), 72# (Guys) +
5x Ball Slam @ 30/40# (Ladies), 50# (Guys)
Four Blocks, No Rest
Then
5000m SkiERG Relay
Then
"Cool Down"
