Rack pulls, work to heavy set of three (double overhand grip)

in rest: 3x kettlebell snatch left and right @ 24kg

20-15-10-5

Z-press @ 20kg

Bicep curls @ 20kg

after bicep curls:

20mtr Kettlebell waiter walk left @ 24kg

20mtr Kettlebell waiter walk right @ 24kg

Cool down: 10’ Ski/bike/row

hydrate, stretch, foam roll
