10x band pull apart
10x kb swing
10x pull ups

Shoulder press, sets of ten, add weight each set until you can't do sets of ten.
In rest: 5x neutral grip pull ups

5 sets:
10x z-press @ 20kg
10x bicep curl @ 20kg
20mtr kb rack walks @ 2x 24kg
