90’ bike @ zone 3 - 80-85% HMR

2k run @ race pace (done as fast as possible after bike <4’ transition)

Cool down: hydrate, stretch, foam roll.

PM:

50x pull ups

50x dips

50x push ups

50x lunges

make sure there is 4-6 hours between sessions
