Lower Body HIT Strength : 6 min stations

• Station 1: Weighted Squat Jumps 10/8/6 reps; Lateral Walks with band 10 reps each side, Airfit 10 calories 

• Station 2: BB Lunges 10/8/6 reps on each side; Hamstring rollouts 20 reps; Jump Rope 50 reps

• Station 3: DB Step-ups 10/8/6 each side; Power Step-ups 10 reps each side explosive, row 150m

• Station 4: (2) DB Single leg DL 10/8/6 reps each side; Banded good mornings 20 reps; 5 burpees 

• Station 5: Sandbag plate circuit (3-4 plates high only): Lateral Up and overs 10 reps total, straddle hops 10 reps, Ali shuffle switches 10 reps each leg, Prowler push with sandbag on sled

 

HIT FIT Finisher:  Bear crawl 200m for time
