Then
40m Farmer Carry @ 2x72# +
40m Wheelbarrow Carry @ 365# +
20x T-Bar Row @ 2x45# +
10x DB Bench Press @ 2x65-85# +
100m Sprint on Rower @ <1:30/500m
10 Rounds, No Rest
Then
"Cool Down"
