Then:
60 minutes of:
Pull-up +
Dip
As many reps as possible of each in 60 minutes
Then, Later:
60 minute AirFit Bike @ 75-80% Pace
Intermittently do sprints throughout
(i.e. very 5 minutes of so sprint hard for 10-20sec)
