Workout:
2x5 Wall Squat
2x20 Squat
5x10 Speed Squat
Then:
Jump Squat Progression
5 reps @ 20” Box
5 reps @ 24” Box
5 reps @ 30” Box
Then:
5x2 Deadlift @ 315#
Chase each set with 2x Seated Box Jump @ 30” Box
Then:
5x2 Deadlift @ 405#
Chase each set with 2x Seated Box Jump @ 48” Box
Then:
“Death By 10m”
1st minute run 10m
2nd minute run 20m
3rd minute run 30m
Etc
Shuttle Style. Ends when you can’t do the required meters in the required minute

"Death By 10m" starts off easy and stays easy for the first 12 minutes. At some point between then and 22 minutes (depending how far you make it) you feel like you got pushed off a cliff.
