Two new 'FYF' videos have been posted to the website: 'FYF' 3-21-14 and ‘FYF’ 3-28-14 They are available to view here in the calendar or you can also access them through the gallery section. They are available to Full and Limited Members only.

Here are the workouts featured in the videos:

Workout:
3x10 Shoulder Dislocate
Then:
50x Pull-up
Strict, Dead Hang, No Kip
Then:
50x Push-up
Then:
Team Workout:
Three Man Teams. Each team does the following:
1000x Bench Press @ 135# +
1000x Push-up
Split reps between team members
One player working at a time


Workout:
2000m Row For Time
Screens Reversed, Head-To-Head Race
Then:
50x Strict Pull-up
Then:
Work up to Strict Press 5RM
Then:
5x Strict Press @ 5RM +
5x Burpee +
1 minute Rest
Once Strict Press hits failure Push Press to make up 5 reps
Repeat until you can only manage 1x Strict Press and 4x Push Press
Then:
P1: 20m KB Shuffle @ 53# KB
P2: FLR
Switch positions, repeat to complete one round
Five Rounds
Then:
Cool Down or "Cool Down"
