Here are two new 'FYF' videos: 'FYF' 2-14-14 and ‘FYF’ 2-28-14. They are available to view here in the calendar or you can also access them through the gallery section. They are available to Full and Limited Members only. Only members can see the content.

Here are a few of the workouts seen in the videos:


Workout:
3x20 Deadlift @ 30% 1RM
3x20 Deadlift @ 30% 1RM off 4” Box
Then:
6x TGU @ 25# +
60sec FLR
Five Rounds
Then:
Cool Down


Workout:
Rowing:
30sec Work +
90sec Rest
Start at 150m
Player must get one more meter each round
Work out stops when player can't get one more
End at 30 rounds if you get there
Then:
Cool Down


Workout:
Team Relay:
100x Burpee/Pull-up +
3000m SkiErg +
100x Burpee/Box Jump +
3000m Row +
900 yard Sled Push
Complete all exercises in teams of 2 or 3
Only one player may work at a time
