50x Pull-up (Strict, Dead hang, No Kip)
Then:
5x1 Deadlift @ 405#
5x1 Deadlift @ 425#
5x2 Deadlift @ 455#
Then, Later:
50x Push-up
50x Dip
Then:
"200 Reps of Bench Press":
10 reps @ 245# +
10 reps @ 225# +
10 reps @ 205# +
10 reps @ 185# +
10 reps @ 165# +
10 reps @ 145# +
10 reps @ 125# +
10 reps @ 105# +
10 reps @ 85# +
10 reps @ 65#
Then back up the entire ladder
Makes 200 reps


Workout:
20x 500m Row @ 1:45/500m pace
Rest 60 seconds between sets
