Workout:
127x Pull-up (Strict, No Kip, Dead Hang)
Then:
Work up to Heavy Fat Bar Clean
Then:
3x Fat Bar Clean @ 225# +
5x Burpee/Pull-up +
30sec SkiErg @ >150m pace
Three Sets, 2 minutes rest between sets
Then:
60sec SkiErg for max meters


Workout:
2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
Then:
Ball Slam Ladder:
10 reps @ the following weights:
10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 50#
Then:
Burpee/Pull-up +
Reverse Bear Crawl
1-10 Ladder, 10m Bear Crawl between each rung
Then:
10x Goblet Squat +
5m-10m-15m-20m Shuttle Run
Five Sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
Max Rep Back Squat +
60sec SkiErg
Three Sets, Full Rest between each
Then:
Cool Down
