Sunday was another excellent day at 98 Riley Street. There were a lot of new big PRs. Old limitations were shattered and each and every person made progress. More importantly we all learned and formed new friendships. A remarkable trip.



Alexa completed a 2000m Row in 7:24 which is our female women's record. Earlier in the day she remarked at how tired she was and rightfully so. She has assisted in bother seminars here at opposite ends of the country and has worked hard in and out of the gym all week. Regardless of any feelings of fatigue she went for it and shattered her old PR. I am extremely proud of the effort she has put in during the time I have known her. I am proud to have her as a part of this project.
