Today I took part in the old school Mill Gym initiation. It involved some rowing, pull-ups, push-ups, and whip smash. I was also given the opportunity to grapple with the BJJ class going on there. It has been a wonderful experience being here. I was welcomed with open arms by a group of like minded people. I am humbled.
