Goblet Squat + KB Swing + Burpee/KB Broad Jump:
5 + 5 + 5 +
10 + 10 + 10 +
15 + 15 + 15 +
25 + 25 + 25
Looks like: 5x Goblet Squat + 5x Swing + 5x Burpee/KB Broad Jump +
10x Goblet Squat + 10x Swing + 10x Burpee/KB Broad Jump +
Etc
Then:
100x Back Squat @ 185# Get there however you want Everytime bar is racked or dropped player immediately owes 20x Burpee/Pull-up
