Then:
Seated DB Press:
1x10 @ 2 x 40# DB
1x10 @ 2 x 50# DB
3x10 @ 2 x 60# DB
Then:
Bench Press @ 115#
Max Reps To Failure
Five Sets, Rest 2 minutes between sets
Then:
25x Pull-up (Strict, Chest-To-Bar, Dead Hang, No Kip)

Then:
2000m Row for Time
OR
