100x Pull-up (Strict, Chest-To-Bar)
Then:
10x Bench Press @ BW +
5x Heavy Rope Pull
Five Sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
10x Seated DB Press (Heavy) + br> 10x Burpee/Pull-up
Five Sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
10x Dip +
10x Push-up +
10x Plank Pull on Rings
Five Sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
Cool Down
