5x (1-6) Pull-up Ladder (no kip, strict, chest-to-bar)
Then:
5x Hex Bar DL @ 225# +
10x Burpee/Pull-up (chest-to-bar) +
5x Heavy Rope Pull/Sprint
Three Sets, Rest some between each
Then:
5x Ring Pull-up +
10x Plank Pull +
250m Row (Sprint)
Three Sets, Rest some between each
Then:
Cool Down
