10x Hi-Pull +
10x Behind-the-neck Press (BNP) +
10x Shoulder Dislocate
Three rounds, use appropriate weights to warm up
Then:
2x10 Cuban Press
Then:
Work up to heavy Bench Press
Then:
10x Bench Press @ bodyweight +
10x Ring Dip +
10x Plank Pull on rings +
10x Ring Push-up +
1-minute AirDyne "hard"
Five sets, rest A LOT between sets
Increase output on each AirDyne interval
Then:
Team Burpee Pull-up "race"
P1: 30x Burpee Pull-up
P2: Rest
Switch, repeat
P1: 20x Burpee Pull-up
P2: Rest
Switch, repeat
P1: 10x Burpee Pull-up
P2: Rest
Switch, repeat
Then:
Cool down
