A new 'FYF' video has been posted to the website: 'FYF' 06-07-13. It is available to view here in the calendar or you can also access it through the gallery section. It is available to Full and Limited Members only.

Here is the workout featured in the video:
Workout:
"Standard Warm-up"
i.e. Wall Squat, Squat, Jump Squat, Goblet Squat, Lunge
Then:
Work up to heavy Back Squat (triple)
Then:
2x Back Squat @ heaviest possible load +
2 Steps forward
Repeat 10x, i.e. 20 Back Squat
Walk barbell back to rack
Five sets, rest 3 minutes between sets
Then:
"Tag Team" style:
P1: 10x Burpee + 5x Rope Pull (HIRTS elastic system)
P2: FLR on rings, feet same height as hands
P3: V-Sit … static. Keep legs straight!
Switch positions, repeat until all players have hit each station
Five rounds, i.e. all players do 50x total Burpees
Then:
Cool down
