Workout:
Warm up
Then:
Work up to heavy Deadlift
Then:
8x 60/60 (60-sec work, 60-sec rest) Max Reps in 60 seconds!
See Notes section for weights, etc
One-hand KB Snatch, switch hands as needed
60 seconds Rest
Box Jump
60 seconds Rest
Two-hand KB Press (any rest must be done in Rack Position)
60 seconds Rest
KB Swing
60 seconds Rest
Goblet Squat
60 seconds Rest
Ball Slam
60 seconds Rest
Farmer Carry (for max meters)
60 seconds Rest
Burpee
Then:
Take a good Intermission (no popcorn!)
Then:
Row 60 seconds for max meters
Rest 4-5 minutes
Ski 60 seconds for max meters
Rest 4-5 minutes
Ride AirDyne 60 seconds for max calories
Then:
Walk, sit, crawl but DO NOT lie down
Then:
Cool down
