2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
3x10 Shoulder Dislocate
Then:
Work up to heavy Narrow Grip OHS
Then:
Dip (on rings or bars) +
Pull-up (slow, controlled singles) +
Push-up (on DBs or parallettes) +
Bent-Row @ 95-115# (strict, slow, back parallel to floor) +
Bench Press @ 135#
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of each
Then:
Rope Pull Relay Race @ 100#
Three-man teams
1st team to 30x total 10m pulls wins
Then:
AirDyne Relay Race - ARMS ONLY
Three-man teams, three 20-calorie rounds
1st team to complete 180 total calories wins
Then:
Cool down
