Workout:
2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
2x20m OH Lunge
Then:
3x5 Off Box Squat
Then:
Back Squat:
10 reps @ ~50-60% 1RM
8 reps @ ~70% 1RM 6 reps @ ~80% 1RM
Then:
5x2 Back Squat @ 90% 1RM
Rest 4 min between sets
Then:
6 reps @ ~80% 1RM
8 reps @ ~70% 1RM
10 reps @ ~50-60% 1RM
Then:
5x Bottoms Up Press@ 2 x 16kg KB +
5x KB Clean & Jerk @ 2 x 16kg KB +
5x Two Hand KB Snatch @ 2 x 16kg KB +
60sec SkiErg @ 1:50/500m pace
Two Rounds
Three Blocks (i.e. 6 total rounds), Rest 2 minutes between each two round block
