Here are a few of the workouts featured in the video:

Workout:
2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
2x20m OH Lunge
5x5 Single Leg Squat @ 20" Box
Then:
Work up to Heavy Squat
Then:
100x Back Squat @ 135#
Each time the bar is racked or set down player must do 20x Burpee/Pull-up
Then:
500m SkIErg For Time


Workout:
15 minute AirDyne @ Easy Pace
Then:
10 minute AirDyne @ 30cal/min pace (i.e. "300FY")
Then:
2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
Then:
10x10 Lunge @ 135#
Rest 1-2 minutes between sets
Then:
10 minute AirDyne @ 30cal/min pace (i.e. "300FY")
Then:
Cool Down
