Workout:
Warm up with Bottoms-Up Press
Then:
2x Strict Press + 2x Push Press + 2 x Jerk:
One combo @ 75#
Rest 30-60sec and add 5# to BB (i.e. 80#) and repeat combo. Do this until you can no longer handle weight/reps
Then:
"AirDyne To Hell Arms Only":
50-40-30-20-10 calories
Partner relay style
