Many people have asked us how to complete a "Triathlon" in under 5 minutes. The "Triathlon" is a 500m SkiErg + 50cal on the AirDyne + 500m Row done consecutively with the total time, including transitions, as the measure.

This is one of our "How To" videos which explains and demonstrates how to accomplish the task. Most of our videos are serious in nature but sometimes we enjoy having a little fun. This video is on the lighter side and is a bit of a gag.
