2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
2x20m OH Lunge
Then:
Work up to Heavy Deadlift
Then:
4x (30sec Work/30sec Rest) Goblet Squat @ 53-70# +
60sec Rest +
4x (30sec Work/30sec Rest) Ski, Ride, or Row (Ski/Row @ >150m pace, AD @ >20cal pace) +
60sec Rest
Three Rounds
Then:
Cool Down
