2x5 Jump Squat
Then:
5 minute AirDyne
Then:
10x Back Squat @ 225# +
20cal AirDyne Sprint @ sub 20sec pace (i.e. 1000-1500 watts) +
30m Prowler Push (High/Low)
Ten Sets, Rest 2 minutes between sets
Then:
Cool Down
