Here is the workout that is featured in the video:

Workout:
2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
2x20m OH Lunge
Then:
8x Hi-Pull @ 75# +
8x Curl @ 75# +
8x Strict Press @ 75# +
Bench Press to failure @ 95# & 40# of chain
Seven Sets, Rest 2-3 minutes between each
Then:
12x "One and a Half" Squat @ 95-115# +
15m Lunge @ 2 x 35# KB in Farmer Carry position +
100m Ski Erg Sprint
Five Sets, Rest 2-3 minutes between each
Then:
"300FY Relay":
Two, Three Man Teams
One Player sprints for 30 seconds
Second player hops on and does 30 seconds
Thrid Player hops on and does 30 seconds
Repeat until 300 calories in reached
First Team to 300 calories wins
