A new 'FYF' video has been posted to the website: 'FYF' 10-26-12. It is available to view here in the calendar or you can also access it through the gallery section. It is available to Full and Limited Members only.

Here is the workout that is featured in the video:

Workout:
2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
2x20m OH Lunge
Then:
4x (30sec Work/30sec "Rest") Strict Press
"Rest" is in OH position
Then:
5-3-2 Bench Press @ ~BW
In between each mini set (i.e. 5, 3, 2) do 30m Carry
Overhead Carry @ BB & 2 x 25# KB (attached with bands)
Three Sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
5-3-2 Back Squat @ ~BW
In between each mini set (i.e. 5, 3, 2) do 30m Carry
Farmer Carry @ 2x 53# Straight Axle Bars
Three Sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
5-3-2 Hex Bar DL @ ~70% 1RM
In between each mini set (i.e. 5, 3, 2) do 15m KB Bear Crawl @ 2 x 50# DB
Three Sets, Rest 2 minutes between each
Then:
"Triathlon" Team Relay (see pic for details)
