Workout:
3x5 Wall Squat
3x10 Squat
3x5 Goblet Squat
3x20m Lunge
3x20m OH Lunge
Then:
Work up to Heavy Dead Stop Back Squat
Then:
2x Dead Stop Back Squat @ 80% 1RM +
2x (Explosive Triple Broad Jump)
Five Sets, Full Rest between each
Then:
30sec Box Jump +
60sec Explosive Step-up
Four Rounds
Then:
30sec Jump Squat +
60sec Quick Step
Four Rounds
Then:
"Carry Stuff" to Cool Down


Workout:
10x10 Dead Stop Back Squat @ 275#
Rest 60-90sec between sets
