You will get technical advice, you will get some advice on how to succeed at the various challenges (i.e. strategy), and you'll get a first hand look at the intensity required to achieve them.
This first video features a recent visitor to the gym from South Africa named James White. During his time here he was subjected to numerous challenges. This video is his attempt at a sub 5 minute "Triathlon" (500m Ski + 50cal AirDyne + 500m Row. Total time including transitions).
