There has been an "Operator Fitness Program" added to the Training Section. It has been made available for both Limited and Full Members.

We want to make adding new training plans a priority. In order to do that we have had to do some housekeeping and reorganize the "Training" section. I have went through and changed the names of some of the programs and also reordered them. Here is a guide to the name changes:

"Jiu-Jitsu, MMA Strength" is now "MMA/BJJ (Strength)"
"MMA Explosive Power Endurance" is now "MMA (Power Endurance)"
"MMA Mass Gain" is now "MMA (Mass Gain)"
"Ultra-Marathon" is now "Marathon (Ultra)"
"Field Sports Power-Endurance" is now "Field Sports (Pre Season)"
"Road Cycling, Endurance" = "Cycling (ROAD)"
"No Gear" is the same
"Three Month Foundation" is now "Foundation (General Three Month)"
"Hypertrophy, Speed" is now "Mass Gain (Sport Performance)"
"High Level Foundation" is now "Foundation (High Level)"
"Maintenance Phase" is now "Foundation (Upper body injury)"
"Strength Phase" is the same
"Power Phase" is the same
"Repo Men" is the same
"Ski Mountaineering" is the same
"Cyclocross" is the same
"Marathon Base" is now "Marathon (Basic)"
"Globo Gym" is now "Foundation (Globo Gym)"
"Basic Foundation" is now "Foundation (Basic)"
"Women's Foundation" is now "Foundation (Women)"

Also I have went through the programs and "updated" them to make them easier to understand and follow. Many have changed. If you have imported them into your training logs or printed them out you may want to do so again.
