Today at the seminar we did "TailPipe" and some 4x (30sec Work/30sec "Rest") Intervals using the Push Press, Squat, and Mountain Climber. We are grateful to everyone who showed up to learn with us. Tomorrow will be another great day.

Brad, from Project Deliverance, is one of our assistants at the "Fundamentals" seminar this weekend. It's good to have a seminar participant back in a more formal role. It is incredible to witness first hand what they have learned since we first met them.
