2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
2x20m OH Lunge
3x10 Shoulder Dislocate @ PVC
Then:
Work up to Heavy OHS
Then:
5x2 OHS @ 80-90% 1RM
Rest 3 minutes between sets
Then:
15x Deadlift @ 225# +
15x Ring Push-up
Five Rounds
Then:
10x KB C&J @ 135# +
250m Ski (Hard) +
2:00 minute Rest
Five Rounds
Then:
50x Pull-up
