i.e. 300 calories in 10 minutes on AirDyne


Notes:

2x "300FY":
Maximus = 363 calories and 370 calories


The new GJ record. If you want to do "300FY" hop on the AirDyne and when the clock passes 10:00 if you have 300 calories or greater then you did the workout. If it is 299 calories or less then "FY"...
