2x5 Wall Squat
2x10 Squat
2x5 Goblet Squat
2x20m Lunge
2x20m Walking Lunge @ 10# DB
Then:
"Squat Play":
6x (30sec/15sec) of Squat, Parallel Hold, Jump Squat, Etc
Two Sets, Rest 2 min between each set
Then:
100x FSPP @ 45# +
100x Wall Ball @ 20# +
100x Ball Slam @ 25#
Then:
Cool Down

FSPP, Wall Ball, Ball Slam:
Thomas = 12:21
Preston = 16:18
Hayley = 21:14 (FSPP @ 25#, Wall Ball @ 10#, Ball Slam @ 20#)
Milda = 19:13 (FSPP @ 25#, Wall Ball @ 10#, Ball Slam @ 20#)
