15x Squat +
5x "Proper" Push-up
Five rounds
Then:
10x Ball Slam @ 20-30# ball +
5x Burpee +
10x Goblet Squat @ 44-53# KB
Five rounds
Then:
Headcutter @ 35-53#
5x every 30 seconds for 10 minutes
Then:
One-arm KB Clean and Press @ 35-53#
4x (2 each arm) every 30 seconds for 10 minutes
Then:
Standing Finger Curl Supersets:
To failure @ 95# on regular barbell +
To failure @ 65# on fat bar
Rest a while, and repeat
Three sets total

The "Headcutter" caper didn't look bad on the whiteboard. All thought differently about halfway into it. After all, it totals 200 Squats and 100 Presses.
