Then:
Front Squat Push Press:
5 reps every 30 seconds for 10 minutes @ 95# (i.e. 100 total reps)
Then:
10x10m Farmer Carry @ 2 x 70# KB
Then:
30sec Dead Hang +
30sec Rest
Eight Rounds
Then:
"Cool Down" with Rack Hold @ 2 x 53# for max time
