2x5 Goblet Squat
2x10 Romanian DL @ 95#
2x10 Straight Leg DL @ 95#
Then:
Work up to Heavy OHS
Then:
5x2 OHS @ 85% 1RM
Rest 2 minutes between sets
Then:
OHS @ 35% BW +
Ring Push-up (feet on 10" Box)
30-20-10 reps of each
Then:
Cool Down
