Then:
5x4 SLDL @ 135-165#
Then:
KB Swing:
10 reps @ 36# +
10 reps @ 44# +
10 reps @ 53# +
10 reps @ 70#
Three Sets, Rest a little between each
Then:
5x5 KB C&J @ 2 x 70# KB
Then:
10 minute AirDyne or Row:
20 second Sprint +
40 second Active Rest
Ten Rounds
