Alternate between Mountain Climber and Groiner
Then:
Work up to Bodyweight Deadlift
Then:
5x Deadlift @ BW +
10x DB Push Press @ 35-50% BW
Max Rounds in 12 minutes
Then:
P1: 5x H.I.R.T.S. Rope Pull
P2: Proper Push-up
P3: Rest
Three Rounds
Then:
Cool Down
