One round every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
Then:

500m SkiErg +
50cal AirDyne +
500m Row
Then:
4x (30sec Work/30sec "Rest") Squat
"Rest" is in OH position
Then:
Cool Down

Jenny 2.0 goes for it even when she's having an off day. I felt terrible watching and unable to help but Beanie didn't care. He just asked her to go faster to make the fan blow harder. He's a heartless fellow, and serious about exercise.
