Then:
Work up to Heavy Power Clean
Then:
5x DL @ BW +
10x Push Press @ 30-50% 1RM +
160m Row, 150m SkiErg, or 20cal AirDyne
One round every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
Then:
5x Goblet Squat @ 70# +
10x Box Jump @ 24" +
30m Burpee/Broad Jump
One round every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
Then:
Cool Down
