P2: Rest (during which 5x Pull-up & 10x Push-up must be completed)
Three Rounds
Then:
P1: 5x Front Squat @ BW + 4x (20sec Sprint/10sec Rest) SkiErg
P2: Rest (during which 5x Pull-up & 10x Push-up must be completed)
Three Rounds
Then: Cool Down
